[webSAM] Xero sync error: The contact has been archived
Why the error occurs
This error occurs when the customer/supplier is archived in Xero.
How to fix the error
- Go to Xero and navigate to the Contacts, Archived listing. Restore the contact
- Next go to Accounts, Xero History or select the Notification alarm bell to open the Xero transaction history screen
- Find the "Failed" transaction and click on the note to open an "Action" screen
- Select Yes, to re-post this batch/transaction
